Etinan Council Chairman Receives Honorary Doctorate from UK Institution
The Chairman of Etinan Local Government Area, Uko Umoh, has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by London Bridge Business School in recognition of his service and leadership.
Speaking after receiving the honour, Umoh described the award as a humbling experience and expressed gratitude to the people of Etinan and others who supported him.
He thanked his wife, children, family members, stakeholders, and friends, as well as residents of Etinan Local Government Area, for their prayers, goodwill messages, and continued support.
According to the council chairman, the honorary doctorate is not just a personal achievement but a collective honour shared with the people of the local government area.
“This honour belongs to all of us,” he said, noting that the recognition serves as a motivation to intensify efforts toward effective service delivery.
Umoh stated that the award represents a renewed call to greater commitment to peace, unity, and development in Etinan Local Government Area.
He also prayed for continued blessings upon those who have supported his administration.
