
ENOBONG UWAH FOUNDATION SPLASHES SCHOLARSHIP ON CHILDREN OF UYO LGA ORIGIN

The Enobong Uwah Foundation has awarded full scholarships to five children of Uyo Local Government Area origin in recognition of their exceptional performance during Uyo Day at Christmas Unplugged 2.0.
The presentation took place at the Uyo Local Government Secretariat, where the Secretary of Uyo LGA, Mr. Ubong Udofia, represented the Founder, Prince Enobong Uwah. Prince Uwah, who also serves as Secretary to the State Government (SSG), instituted the initiative to support education and nurture young talent.
The scholarship, covering studies from primary to university level, had all payments made directly into the respective schools’ accounts for transparency. Institutions have confirmed receipt of the funds.
The beneficiaries are:
Idaraesit Peter Akpan, Federal Government Girls College, Ikot Obio Itong – ₦125,000
Blessing Enefiok Okon, New Treasure Academy, Uyo – ₦50,000
God’spower Charles Udofia, Amamfon Nursery/Primary School, Uyo – ₦105,400
God’sown Aniekan James, Amamfon Nursery/Primary School, Uyo – ₦110,000
Victory Mfon Ernest, Pan-African Comprehensive Secondary School, Uyo – ₦470,500
Expressing their appreciation, the parents and recipients described the gesture as life-changing and prayed for God’s continued blessings on Prince Enobong Uwah and his family for investing in the future of children and humanity at large.
